Story

Konaki-jiji is a yokai from Japanese folklore. He disguises himself as a crying baby in the middle of the forest, waiting for someone to pick him up. According to legend, anyone who does will suddenly find him becoming impossibly heavy.

Original piece is hand-sculpted, cast using a traditional silicone mold, and individually hand-painted.
